Order Policy:

Order is possible for available items only.
Minimum Order value is BDT 500.00.
Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments. Orders will be processed after getting confirmation from customer end.

Order Limit:

A customer is eligible to place 3 live orders. A customer cannot place his 4th order if his 3 orders are still live. Live order refers to all those orders which are not delivered. Single customer can place 2 different orders at once.
